Effective Practices for Physics Programs: A Personal View of the EP3 Initiative
The Effective Practices for Physics Programs (EP3) project is an ambitious new initiative by the American Physical Society in collaboration with the American Association of Physics Teachers to support departments with the consolidated experience and insight of leaders and researchers in physics into how physics programs run best. This colloquium will offer a personal view of the genesis and development of the project and take the audience on a brief tour of the EP3 Guide and APS initiatives to support its use.
