Thin film semiconductors are important components of solar cells, thermoelectrics, transparent transistors and other devices important to energy harnessing and conversion. I will discuss some p-type transparent semiconductors and solar absorbers that have been investigated by a collaborative, interdisciplinary group at OSU.
